Recruitment Consultant Location: Tianjin / Beijing
Responsibilities:
-Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;
-Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
-Candidate interview and write the searching report to client
-Control the consulting service process quality
-Coach and guide the researchers to perform their duties with quality
-Develop and manage relationship with both clients and candidates
Requirements:
-Degree or above
-Minimum 3 years working experience as a consultant in Consulting company
-Know-how Active and proactive search
-Abroad knowledge of Chinese labor market and various industries, organizations and departments related information.
-Management and leadership skills are preferable
-Excellent telephone handling skills and sales skills
-Able to work under pressure and meet short deadline
-Attentive to details and have good communication skills;
-Pleasant character, independent and self-driven
-Good command in English and Mandarin
-Good in MS Office applications usage
