Responsibilities:
-Candidates sourcing - Identify and initiate contact with potential candidates
-Screen, analyze and format candidates' qualifications with related job opportunity.
-Maintain close relationship with potential candidates
-Prepare the search reports and comments
Requirements:
-Degree with 3 years working experience in any industry
-Know-how Active and proactive search
-With experience in Human Resources / Customer Service / Telemarketing is preferable
-Excellent telephone handling skills and sales skills is an advantage
-Proactive, eager to learn and have good communication skills;
-Pleasant character and ability to work independently
-Average in English and Mandarin
-Good in MS Office applications usage
-Experience in handling clients or customer service is an added advantage
